Strict Return Request Form

Important: CPAPstore.eu does not offer trial-use returns. Products that have been opened, used, tested, or unsealed are not eligible for return for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Return not eligible

Unfortunately, this return request is not eligible under our return policy. CPAP and respiratory therapy products can only be returned if they are new, unused, unopened, and sealed in their official original packaging.

If your product has a quality issue or you believe it is faulty, please select Faulty / Quality Issue above so we can review it as a warranty/support case.

3. Packaging protection

Please protect the official packaging.
The product must be returned inside a protective shipping box or outer packaging. You may use bubble wrap, protective cushion wrap, or protective membrane inside the shipping box. Do not attach courier labels, tape, or writing directly on the manufacturer packaging. If the official packaging arrives damaged, opened, taped, written on, or not in resaleable condition, the return may be refused or a deduction may apply.
